You can get so many great finds on there!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18346886581087381040noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3960887968984584835.post-67109830558317417442017-08-01T23:23:25.576-04:002017-08-01T23:23:25.576-04:00I just moved into my first long-term apartment pos...I just moved into my first long-term apartment post-grad and I can't say enough amazing things about AMAZON. I mean, of course, we all know Amazon is amazing... but it has been extra special through this home decorating phase of mine. (Partially because of the 2-day shipping, partially because of the selection.) They have a new brand of bedding that is actually really great – Pinzon, I think it's called? – and I spent $20 on shams that would've cost me $50+ elsewhere and got some great throw pillow covers and throw blankets, too. I also found a desk and a chair that are EXACTLY what I want, for less than what just a desk would've cost me at Target or Wayfair – and the reviews on Amazon are better/Amazon's customer service is way better, if something goes wrong!

So, I cannot recommend that enough if you are need of something and you have little to no patience to wait for it to arrive :)

xoxo,
Paige
www.thedailypaigeblog.comAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05249680767310489980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3960887968984584835.post-8960579512586397772017-07-31T15:53:58.177-04:002017-07-31T15:53:58.177-04:00I work for an estate sale company and I wish more ...I work for an estate sale company and I wish more young people knew about estate sales! You can furnish an entire apartment for what you might pay for one piece of furniture retail! First day is usually full price, but second day is at least 1/3 or 1/2 off the asking price. Sign up at estatesales.net, type in how many miles you'll travel from your zip code and you'll get weekly emails with upcoming sales - and the best part is that most companies will post photos of what is being offered at their sale so you can decide if its worth your time to go. Amazing brands of furniture, kitchen everything, books, cleaning supplies, clothing, shoes, purses - all for less than you will find at antique/retail stores. You'll even spend less on upholstered furniture that you have recovered! Another great place to look for bargains are Virtual Yard sale sites through Facebook groups in your area - a great place to buy and sell your unused stuff! If you have any questions, please LMK - happy to answer :) FYI - most of our sales are on the Northshore of Chicago - Winnetka, Wilmette, Kenilworth, etc - so you know you'll find great and amazing finds :) Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16862256643681461104noreply@blogger.com
